- MBA from a Premier Institute a plus

Job Description : Sales & Operations - Head

- Looking for a dynamic individual to join their e-commerce logistic venture as a Sales/Business Development

- Head responsible for partnership with logistics and e-commerce venture for their last mile delivery. Someone with a thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management.

- Sales reports, Sales forecast.

- Responsible for overall Sales & Operation.

- Negotiate terms of agreement with e-commerce ventures, logistics, Retail companies.

- Manage and team of 8 to 20 people.

- Develop and execute the Sales Plan and management the client Servicing Strategy.

Key Skills & Competence

- Technology savvy

- Strong leadership experience in managing overall sales and operations and process driven environment.

- Excellent communication, presentation and stake holder management skills

- Ability to work in both team and individual settings.
