- Setup the central Sales & Ops team, processes, templates (through external consultant)  - Run the S&OP process  - Identify root causes for non-achievement of plan; identify and drive initiatives to correct the same  - Design process, templates for S&OP process  - Identify interfaces with businesses, corporate functions and define support required   - Design dashboards and reports for senior management   - Identify teams required, work with businesses and corporate functions to allocate resources  - Run pilot S&OP and stabilize over 1-2 quarters  - Design initiatives to address root causes along with the business/ function  - Create business case along with the business/ function and jointly implement the initiative  Experience:  - Around 15 to 20 years of work experience in planning, inventory management roles in the industry   - Experience of running Sales & Operations process with mix of sales and production planning experience   - Experience in similar industries preferred  - Experienced in working with senior managers / board members  Education :  a. MBA from Premiere Institute  b. Bachelors of Engineering
