You will be a critical member of a one man army team working on our new shared & private space business, but one where you will have influence over our whole business from scratch till streamlining the entire business.

The job involves the following responsibilities:

- Develop new shared & private space business from scratch

- Generating contracts, business and revenue from individual, SME & Corporate customers by selling the shared & private space for private offices or workstations on a flexible model - daily, weekly or monthly basis.

- Develop business plan, implementation, SLAs, Operations Manual and Process adherence guidelines

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and have the chance to contribute innovative and original ideas to our technology and product

- Work with the technical team to understand end-user requirements and use cases, then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution

- Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results within a schedule

Who you are-

You also meet the following requirements:

- 8-10 years of recent hands-on developing technology driven business

- Real estate exposure preferred

- Bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree in a related field,

- A track record of achieving aggressive and challenging targets - you are a flawless executor and know how to build a new business from scratch

- Evidence of being self-motivated and driven - you find satisfaction in a job well done and want to solve hard problems

- Street Smart - business knowledge - you should know how to acquire clients within the shortest possible time.
