JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy development and Business planning for demand funnel
- Develop and manage distribution network of branches, DSA and online partners
- Execute marketing strategy to increase brand presence and direct reach to customers through various initiatives - Digital Marketing, Social Media, Home loan mela and other BTL activities
- Responsible to deliver annual business number with targeted IRR
- Managing team all india team of Regional / Area Sales managers and Relationship Officers across branches and states
- Responsible for driving - X- bucket collections and early delinquency
- Setting up of branches from scratch across various states
Heading the Home Loans/ Mortgage business.
- Distribution and cross sell management: Plan and implement programs for improving distribution loyalty. Working closely with analytics team for refinement of lead generation from multiple sources (internal data base, external data of the company) to reduce Cost of Acquisition (COA) and improve revenue drivers of fee income and insurance penetration for higher waller share per customer.
- Product development: Liason with Risk team for enhancement of existing product programs and new product launches for generating better Net Interest Margin (NIM).
- Productivity: Managing a team mortgage professionals with Regional Sales Manager for North, West and South zones for driving volume productivity and ensuring budget number delivery month on month. Periodic mentoring of the team to drive behaviour of excellence in business practice is done to ensure higher revenue per employee and career progression plans for subordinates.
- Collections:Bi monthly review of portfolio (loans booked) is done to monitor early warning on stress accounts and to exit delinquent accounts.
