Head - Sales - MSME Loan

1. The Head of MSME Loan Sales will be responsible for the P&L of this vertical. MSME vertical will include only secured loans which will include business loans, housing and affordable housing, Four/Two wheeler loans.

2. The individual will be responsible for meeting the business targets for this vertical including coordination with branch banking vertical to as to present one face to the customer.

3. Introducing/strengthening customer segmentation, monitoring market development, and MSME through market research.

5. Set up appropriate sales team structure keeping in view overall targets and regulatory guidelines.
