Role : Modern Trade Head

Profile :

Portfolio management,:

- Product pipeline development, Product Pricing & Margins custodian

Trade negotiations:

- Business Planning with strategic partners for the full sales fulfillment cycle - Sell-in to sell-out, Develop and sign-off TOT and legal agreement.

Supply Chain :

- Development of categorized store-wise MBQs at SKU level with key account partners, Defining & managing MSLs for key account at branch/city warehouses

Marketing Planning :

- Define solutions for Product Display/Display Planogram, Merchandising/POS deployment based on consumer shopping behavior.

- Design & execute In-store visibility enhancement & advocacy/engagement led store level activations.

- ROI/Volume commitment led development & execution of targeted product/consumer offers to ensure greater counter share, volume growth.

- Create publicity, road-shows, exhibition, and activation themes with key accounts ensuring adherence to brand objectives to draw additional footfalls & purchase of product solutions.

- Develop key account sales team training & incentive program.

Sales MIS :

- Develop & manage a robust sales MIS system to track daily store level performance
