We are looking for someone who has 10+ years in handling the sales and growth strategy. The person must have handled the modern trade in beauty and personal care brands or FMCG personal care brands.
Location:- Gurgaon
CTC offering :- Upto 25 LPA
Overall responsible for handling the Modern Trade business which would include:
o Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy
o Financial Management (including managing individual account /business P&L)
o Annual Business Planning and review
o Negotiate TOTs for NPls in all available key accounts and ensure availability of SKUs in all chains and geographies.
o Category Management and Promotion Planning.
o Build appropriate Modern Trade channel by appointing the right partners where required
o Driving operational efficiency for Modern Trade channel.
o Ensure stock planning and fill rate levels.
o Relationship Management.
o Interacting with the Brand Teams and developing business plans in sync. With the brand strategy.
o Ensuring stock availability at all the outlets with a high degree of forecasting accuracy.
o Experience in Managing a team in a reputed FMCG Company in the Sales/marketing function
o Extensive knowledge of marketing and brand plans.
