Job overview:-
- Required to sell Middle/Leadership recruitment & Executive Search in Indian market.
- Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities.
- Connect with CXO level community and Talent Acquisition /HR heads of various companies effectively and convert them to potential clients and follow up till closures .
- Build rapport and strength relationship with existing clients- & work towards their retention through identifying repeat business opportunities from them.
- Build brand visibility for the organization.
- Analyze market trends and track competitors- activities and provide valuable insights for fine tuning marketing strategies and initiating business development efforts.
- Act as the key touch point for potential & existing clients.
- Responsible for entire business development cycle from cold calling to billing.
- Attend conferences, meetings, industry events and explore new strategic business opportunities.
Criteria for applying:-
- Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream with 10 -15 years of experience.
- Should possess excellent English communication skills and negotiable skills with consultative sales approach.
- Should possess a strong commitment to the aims and objectives, cascade into a range of new sales and marketing activities.
- Should possess self confidence for envisioning and implementing the business development cycle and solidify long term business relationships and partnerships.
- Demonstrable 7 to 12 years of business development experience in selling recruitment services.
- Should possess prior experience in growing or building sales territories.
- Should possess excellent time management skills and pay attention to details.
