Sales Head (Media Head)

Key Responsibilities :

Relationship management : be a trusted advisor and partner to senior stakeholders, inspire trust and confidence and have the equity to state a point of view, even if contrary.

- Build a high caliber team

- Leading the thinking on the business, quality of work - all our thinking, planning, campaigns are solving for a business problem / task / objective. The person should have the ability to zoom in and out as the need arises - zoom out to ensure the solution is aligned to the task at hand and zoom in enough to ensure quality of work and response.

- Ability to create, oversee and ensure process and operational diligence - Our clients will task us to the most stringent quality norms and standards and while we have experts who drive processes, ensuring we deliver to them and are always audit ready is required from the person managing the business.

- Ability to inspire beyond business as usual - Driving innovation, experience, creative thinking is an art - it requires both left and right brained thinking, and involves understanding the business and media to be able to create a perfect symphony.

- To develop Sales strategy of every medium.

- Responsible for generating Revenue For all mediums.

- Manage the existing client base, increase the spends budget and bring on board new clients and businesses.

- Manage internal and external stake-holders through periodic reports

- Maximize impact properties across mediums, Increase and grow inventory consumption, track competition to guide teams as per the company guidelines.

- Manage a team to deliver the desired results.

- To manage external partners efficiently to meet and exceed customer expectations

- Liaison with internal stakeholders and other functional heads in order to contribute towards net revenue generation

- Provide direction to internal team and external teams on media, creative, PR-drive synergy for a cohesive communication output.

- Key account management.

- Sustain and build a high-caliber team with a winning edge.

- Ensure an appropriate environment where people feel empowered to contribute and feel rewarded for the same.

- Build a performance driven learning culture, which is centered on innovation.

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge :

- Excellent understanding of customer behavior and ability to capture client insights into relevant sales & marketing strategies.

- Strong leadership skills with effective people management capabilities

- Manages : Ad Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Planning, Branding and Market research.

Target Companies : Telco , Food tech , Hospital, FMCG .
