Head - Sales & Marketing - Welding Solution Manufacturer

The organisation is one of renowned welding solution manufacturers in Indian. It manufactures welding consumables such as MIG/TIG Welding Wire, Flux Cored Wires. They are suppliers to all major OEMs in India as well as export to UK, Middle East, Portugal and USA.

The candidate will be responsible for :

- Meeting the revenue and profitability targets through effective planning and budgeting for all India operations.

- Brand Promotion, Devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets and future course of action.

- Working with inter and intra-departmental teams towards the goals and objectives of the organization.

- Mapping potential customers and generate leads for the organization. Look for new opportunities and create innovative solutions for expanding markets (India as well as overseas).

- Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients. Create a better Customer Experience for the existing customer base.
