Job Description

1. Sound product knowledge

2. Experience of handling EPCs, Dealers, Small contractors & Industrial Customers

3. Good understanding/experience of BD process through Consultants & other influencers

4. Good understanding/experience of Handling Utilities especially w.r.t Product Approvals

5. Sales, Order Booking & Collections as per AOP

6. Acquisition of new Customers

7. Customer Retention

8. Product Approvals

The Candidate Details

Education-

B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication

MBA preferred

a. Age 38-45 years

b. 15 to 20 years- experience in Marketing & Sales in reputed Transformer manufacturing Companies

c. Currently working with Transformer Manufacturing company

d. Industrial sales experience MUST

e. Should be heading a region

f. Worked for good Indian/MNC companies
