Head - Sales & Marketing - Textile Industry (15-25 yrs)

Exp: 15 - 25 Years

- Developing and executing a sales strategy, to achieve the sales targets. This involves identifying potential customers and markets, analyzing market trends, and developing sales plans to capitalize on opportunities.

- Leading a sales team managing a team of sales representatives/executives and Business Development Managers as well as providing guidance, support, and training to help the team achieve its goals.

- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers. This involves identifying customer needs and addressing them, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Focus on fund flow and payment as per the credit offered to the clients.

- Exposure in handling minimum 250 Cr either in one region or in segment managed sales through depot, dealer and agent network.

Desired Experience :

- Qualification : Graduate / Post graduate is Science or Engineering. Additional Management degree shall be an advantage.

- Experience :12 - 18 Years in domestic sales. Export sales is desirable. Have exposure to handle at least one region or territory.

- Job Location : Kolkata

- Strong track record of sales achievement and excellent relationship management skills is also important.

- Should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- They should also be able to work well under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Additionally, a deep understanding of the market, consumer behaviour.
