Drive Sales (B2B), Collection and Marketing Operations at the Circle- HP and Haryana circle.  Drive the sales and marketing function at the circle with the objective of maximizing business and minimal or zero disputes  Build and manage relationships with the key stakeholders in the Operator companies  Achievement of Sales, Revenue and Collections as per pre defined and agreed targets   Ensure Brand Compliance and manage Externalities   Direct Reportees: 2 - 3 people  Experience:- Minimum 6 - 8 years   He should be a Business Acumen, Result Orientation, Effective Communication   Circle S&M Head is also responsible for all statutory reporting and coaching and mentoring of team members.  Reporting will be to Head Sales & Marketing Corporate.  Only females preferred.
