Role &amp; Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for sales, marketing and distribution strategy and building a profitable business with a global touch. 2. Responsible for P and L management, cash flow management, sourcing of tea leaves 3. Strategies for promotion of the brand within other markets, by building relationships and understanding customer trends 4. Responsible for business profitability, and growth. 5. Own all plans and strategies for developing and establishing business across all sales (B2B, Retail, Modern trade, E - commerce) channels 6. Responsible for growth in international locations.
