Head - Sales & Marketing Strategy - Pharma

- Ensure development of each HQ as profit centre by analysing reasons for variance and formulating and executing relevant strategies in coordination with other functions as required.

- Analysis and interpretation of internal and external data with strategy formulation and implementation in collaboration with key corporate functions

- Participating in the evolution of annual and medium term corporate business plans and ensuring their implementation in collaboration with Business Unit Head and other functional heads

- Participating in the evolution of annual and medium term marketing plans particularly with respect to key customers, new products, existing products, doctor segment strategies and ensuring their execution in collaboration with marketing

- Ensure cascading of annual top line business goals through HQ wise, product wise, unit wise activity and targets

- Planning the territory segmentation into HQs and corresponding deployments in collaboration with Business.
