- Our client is into the building of intelligent HVAC systems addressing 2 associative issues: energy saving and localized comfort.
- The company is a game changer in energy saving, revolutionizing the domain by the developing state of the art energy saving devices in partnership with IIT Madras.
Key Accountabilities & Outcomes:
- Functional & Managerial
- Assist CEO & Board of Director to develop a long term Sales & Marketing strategy which includes goal setting, consider multiple options and analyzing the risk
- Responsible as business partners and fulfills that by aiding acquisition efforts, building the company's presence and voice.
- Identifying streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build consumer preferences.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share.
- Preparation of the Sales & Marketing Budget; monitoring of Budget Vs. Plan Vs. Actual, on a monthly basis.
- To lead the establishment of Sales & After Sales services and monitoring the effectiveness of using IMS & software.
- To lead, mentoring and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- To Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team members.
Commercial :
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/distributors/HVAC consultants/MEP consultants /industrial project management consultants resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
- Responsible for credit control & timely remittances from the market.
- Planning & coordinating the movement of stock for seamless distribution to channel partners & availability in the market.
- Tracking inventory/order processing for orders
Statutory Compliance & Certificate:
- To ensure that all required statutory compliances & certificate submit to the customer as per agreed terms & conditions.
- To do rigors follow up with R & D team to require statutory compliances & certificate.
- To lead the establishment of Benchmark practices built during the design stage
- Education Qualifications / Background
- B.Tech /BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical.
- MBA - In marketing from a premier institute.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
