Sales & Marketing Head for a Real estate firm ( family owned)
Initial Mandate:
- End-to-end responsibility for Sales & Marketing of twin luxury residential projects
- Strategize the communication for the same
- Create a pool of HNI, influential buyer's agents for existing and upcoming premium real estate projects
- Design and implement the user experience and sales ambience
- Setup a Corporate Sales & Marketing Real Estate Team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training the team for Sourcing and Closing deals
- Strategize the sales pipeline for the project
- Design strategies to achieve sales targets by monitoring and reviewing achievement against sales targets as per the Annual Operating Plan
- Manage sales deals from first visit to closure by guiding the team across negotiations Ongoing Role
- Contribute to strategic plans, establish customer service and productivity standards for the project under the Group's Real Estate Division portfolio
- Craft strategies for all divisional Marketing Teams including digital, print, communications and creatives
- Reinforce Group Brand Equity across the project portfolio
- Coordination with the Customer Relationship Team to generate referral sales and enhance customer satisfaction during the entire project cycle
Profile:
- Should be a Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute
- Should possess work experience of at least 8 years in the Real Estate sector, preferably in MMR
- Must exhibit the ability to contribute to product and pricing finalisation during Project Launch
- Should be well-versed with the market research tools to help the strategy team and Project Head in finalising the right pricing
- Should have excellent exposure to social media marketing, digital marketing, and ATL/ BTL activities
- Should possess strong networking and negotiation skills with a strong grip on the business environment- must possess the ability to take calls on pricing to achieve the bottom-line
- Should possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Should possess sound experience in generating international and cross-regional sales
Reporting to:
- The position shall report to the Chairman and Managing Director of the group
