Jobs and Responsibilities:

- Lead the sales process from initial lead generation through closing, maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.

- Conduct property tours and coordinate viewings to showcase the unique features and amenities of our luxury retirement properties.

- Collaborate with marketing and advertising agencies to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials targeting target audience

- Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, including mentoring and training on effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
