Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically lead sales and marketing efforts for plotted development projects and suburban real estate including villas.

- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve long-term business goals.

- Manage and expand sales channels for both real estate and associated lifestyle products.

- Ensure scalability of sales processes for future projects and developments.

- Deliver exceptional performance in pushing sales of challenging products like insurance.

- Establish strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and 5-star resort brands for collaborative efforts.

- Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and keep up-to-date with customer demand.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering an environment of growth and independence.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a significant portion in real estate (specifically suburban plotted development and villa sales).

- Proven track record in selling push products such as insurance, indicating strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Entrepreneurial background with the ability to operate independently.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.

- Deep understanding of the real estate market, customer demographics, and sales strategies.
