Head Sales & Marketing:

Responsible to define and achieve targets. He will also build, drive and monitor sales/marketing/business development operations of the company. He will need to identify and explore new markets and tap business opportunities. He will co-ordinate with the Finance and Project Management teams to ensure that our sales forecasts and marketing costs are in line with our budgets and tracked on a regular basis. He will staff and direct a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. He, establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for the team. He will develop relationships with builders and brokers to ensure market penetration. He will plan and implement market activities, advertising and other visibility programs to drive sales.

Specific KRAs:

- Revenue targets: Gross margin or Top line based.

- Competition pricing & market intelligence.

- New Customer development / developing new markets.

- Customer service / diversification.

- Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR.

- Monitor, report on market & competitor activities.

- Participate in exhibitions & special sales promotion events.

- Liaison with design agency for management and implementation of collateral / promotional objectives.

- Review ageing analysis of creditors (if any), Zero debt.

- Budget preparation / sales expenditure for the division.

- Sales forecast & funnel.

- Liaison with marketing agency for Branding.

Build a sales team.

- Order booking & Target achievement.

Qualification & Experience:

- Basic Degree (Can be relaxed based on his experience & expertise in the field)

- Experience in Real Estate Marketing for a minimum of 4-5 years and a total experience in sales of 8 years

Job Profile

- Product Knowledge - ability to understand the product features and translate the same to prospective customers

- Understanding the market requirements & absorption

- Providing inputs for variations to corresponding customer needs and changing market trends

- Understanding of the products offerings and their technical intricacies

- Ability to define the detailed construction process

- Ability to provide key inputs for product development

- Ability to analyze and monitor surveys, reflecting trends in customer needs and recommend customer feedback into product design and modification

- Quarterly ,Half yearly & Yearly targets to be achieved

- Sales Generated through References & ad campaign

- Regularity, Punctuality, Dress Code, Interpersonal skills

- Excellent Communication and Negotiations Skills
