Head of Rare Diseases Portfolio
Lead the growth and commercial success of our Rare Disease portfolio in India. Build a sustainable business plan, manage the Sales & Marketing team, and champion patient access.
Key Responsibilities :
- Commercial Leadership: Drive portfolio P&L and market share, develop growth strategies, and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
- Market Access & Policy: Secure optimal market access, advocate for favorable policies, and stay informed of regulatory changes.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build and coach a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Scientific Expertise & Patient Focus: Deep understanding of Rare Diseases, commitment to patient care, and collaboration with patient advocacy groups.
- Compliance & Ethics: Uphold company standards and foster a culture of integrity.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years sales & marketing leadership, preferably in specialized therapeutic areas.
- Proven track record of brand launch and market success.
- Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Graduate degree in Science or Medicine preferred.

- Global pharmaceutical market experience.
