Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategic Sales & Marketing plans
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
- Develop annual sales plan and a marketing strategy with inputs for the Region.
- Outline sales targets with strategy to increase market share.
- Ensure availability of adequate resources to support performance.
- Calculate Sales growth from existing customers/markets & opening of new customers/markets.
- Direct and co-ordinate activities involving sales of manufactured and traded products.
- Obtain feedback on quality of products and service and convey the same internally.
- Ensure timely study/ Research for existing product range (product wise) and
- Identify relevant pricing trends in the market and of key competitors.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing of PVC, CPVC, UPVC, SWR Pipes, Column pipes, Underground drainage pipes, HDPE Sprinkle systems and fittings.
- Focus on managing performance of sales team through proper coaching, skill development and motivation
Required Qualification :
- Post-Graduation / Graduation with additional 2 Years full time Management PGDM/MBA in Marketing from reputed & recognized university / Institute
Experience :
- 8 -12 Years in Marketing with at least 2 years experience handling a state/Zone; preferably from PVC / Building material industry.
