We are looking for the Head - Sales & Marketing for a global firm in the Pharma / Speciality Chemicals industry vertical. With a revenue base of around INR 50 Crores and a large international presence, this global firm is a pioneer in the Speciality Chemicals business with ISO & GMP certified manufacturing units.
The position would report into the Managing Director and would be based out of the Mumbai Corporate office.
Compensation on Offer : INR 30 Lacs + Performance Based Incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide direction and leadership to the global Sales & Marketing function through preparing a robust Business Plan / forecast and strategy,
2. Setup strong Sales & Marketing systems & processes, to ensure a standardised way of selling and tracking progress through daily / periodic reviews, reports and MIS,
3. Be accountable for revenue growth through new business development, alliances and maintaining robust relationships with current Clients and Business Partners,
4. Take timely initiatives on branding, product launches, global dealer / distributor / stockist tie-ups, international tie-ups and exports, in order to meet the Strategic objectives identified in the Business Plan,
5. Travel extensively on market visits and maintain excellent relationships with International and domestic clients / prospective clients and Business Partners at all times,
6. Build the team, train, delegate and nurture talent to ensure performance as well as retention of talent
Key Skills required:
- Management Graduate with Sales / Marketing / International Marketing specialisation
- Over 20 years experience at Sales & Marketing, some of which would compulsorily be in the Pharma, Nutrition, API or Speciality Chemicals business
- Excellent Leadership and Communication skills
- Excellent Negotiation and Analytical ability
