Education Qualification: Graduation + Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing

Experience: 20 to 25 Years

Job Brief:

- Expertise in handling sales & business development activities, analyzing market trends and establishing healthy & prolonged business relations with clients.

- Proficiency in managing business operations with key focus on top & bottom line profitability and customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal utilization of resources

- Working closely with the Leadership team for Planning & Implementing India's Sales and Marketing activities (comprising of sales strategy and administration, customer services and logistics) with focus on profitability, growth targets and building brand equity to support the organization's strategic direction.

- Expertise in handling large size teams with exposure to working in different geographies

- Responsible for managing Volumes & EBITA Margins

- A multi-faceted professional with honed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and abilities to implement various sales promotional activities for positive growth of an organization.

- New Market/product Development: Identifying potential areas/vertical segments, for escalating business volumes and achieving sales & contribution targets.

- People Management, Man management in evolving talent acquisition/retention & development.
