The Job :
- As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will head the function and report to the country head. You will be responsible for setting up the function, building the team, developing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans, as well as ensuring successful execution of the same. Focus areas will include:
- Create customer base and sales strategy to achieve target revenues
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across the industry
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure effective positioning of the company and products
- Create and lead a high-performance team
Your Profile :
- The company is seeking to hire an experienced leader with at least 15-20 years of experience, of which at least the last 10 must be at a senior level, including business/functional leadership.
You must have:
- A demonstrated track record of creating strategy, building relationships and achieving targets consistently
- In depth knowledge of medical devices including solid understanding of their clinical applications, benefits and competitive landscape
- Strong industry network with key decision-makers
