Head - Sales & Marketing - International Business - Engineering Firm

We have been retained by a leading Indian Engineering Organization for the position of Head - International Business to be based out of Gurgaon & manage the international markets.

The key requirements of the position are :

1. Heading the sales & marketing function for the international markets (Latin America & Asia Pacific)

2. Strategizing and executing business growth plans from the markets assigned

3. Liaison with leading international buyers to sustain and enhance value/ volume of sales

4. Building, engaging & developing a high performing team (both front end & back end) and ensuring the targets are met

5. Achieving sales numbers both business as usual and through new products YOY

6. Branding the products & organization in the markets

7. Identify competition profiling to position products
