Head - Sales & Marketing - Industrial Insulation Products Manufacturing Firm (15-25 yrs)
Position: Head Sales & Marketing-Industrial Insulation Products (Leading Manufacturing Company)
Role:
- Will head the whole team for Sales & Marketng of Industrial Insulation Products
- Will be a key member of the Management Committee
- Will be responsible for the top line for the business and will chart the future growth path of the business
- Responsible for developing the strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
- Responsibilities include business and market development, customer management, management of market research, strategic direction for promotion and advertising, sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets
- Implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results
- Develop customer network and build relationship with customers
- Responsible for developing and growing distribution channel across the length and breadth of the company
- Responsible for generating project sales through strong specification work with key influencers such as consultants, architects, government in Industrial, Building, HVAC and Automotive accounts
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Manages customer collections / receivables as per the cos securitisation norms and working capital targets
- Maintains national sales & marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Develop new product categories and solution for the same.
- Survey & analyze competition strategy
- Responsible for driving new product development and innovation - New Product Sale to contribute 15% of total sales
- Driving NPS scores across all customer groups
- Develop digital footprint of business through the use of technology - CRM, digital ordering and customer experience platforms
- Initially will head domestic sales & Marketing and subsequently will also manage exports
Requirements:
- BE + MBA (from Premium Institutes) with a good academic record
- 15+ years of experience in handling B2B Sales and Marketing in lead positions
- Should have experience in Sales to Process Industries with a working knowledge on project specifications and technical sales
- Additional experience in sales to HVAC, PEB buildings will be beneficial
- Exposure to thermal calculations will be good
- Good Negotiation, Communication skills
- Ability to motivate team to drive Sales
- Good at Strategic Thinking
