Head - Sales & Marketing - Home Delivery Service Startup

Client is India's first own interstate home delivery service Startup. Not only it deliver food from best restaurants near you, but its team also delivers home cooked food to other cities in India. Client picks up food from your home, pack it in safe containers and ship it to you at your present location. Client is an interstate food delivery service with whom you can stay connected to your city and roots. It has its proprietary e commerce platform augmenting this service. It is expanding across India and is looking for Sales and Marketing Head.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Revenue responsibility for entire business.

- Managing the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation and contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting.

- Allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.

- Maintaining all reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and evaluation of team performance and reporting the same to Business Head.

- Allocating targets to sales team. Formulating incentive plans for the team would be a bonus!

- Hiring and retaining sales employees for different areas.

- Capability to have a 360-degree view from Customer Care to Delivery Executive Safety to optimal utilization of resources.

- Maintaining a strong relationship with partners and leading the Operations team in delivering the best customer experience.

- Prior team management experience is a must.

- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Hindi. Local languages will be a bonus!)

- Should be comfortable managing and working in large multi-cultural teams.

- Very high ethical standards & EQ.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.

- Degree in sales and marketing or related field.
