Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach & Sales :

- Develop and execute targeted sale strategies to generate and convert leads into customers for the application.

- Create and execute strategies for customer retention.

- Engage, and cultivate relationships with industry and university customers to create long-term associations with the application

Design and Execute Marketing Initiatives :

- Devise marketing campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate client's value proposition to target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.

Reporting and Communication :

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales outcomes, marketing initiatives, and pilot launches, regularly evaluating performance against set metrics.

- Prepare a comprehensive report summarizing progress, successes, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Coordinate and communicate with Product Lead, to provide insights about

- University and company customer requirements.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, specialization in Sales. 5 years + of proven experience in sales and marketing

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes

- Excellent d communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
