Our client, A prominent player in Infrastructure / Real estate space in South India is looking for Head - Sales, Marketing & CRM. The position would report to the CEO. Knowledge on construction would be an added advantage. The candidates from Real estate / Infrastructure domain are only preferred.

Job Description :
1. Must be results oriented and driven to make the sale
2. Oversee sales team to generate sales from existing customers, referrals and develop new customers
3. Communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients
4. Identifying and developing new stream for revenue growth and maintaining the relationship with customers to achieve repeat / referral business
5. Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets with the overall responsibility of ROI and exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference and drive volumes
6. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics
7. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, institutional clients, banks etc .
8. Aggressively achieving the sales target
9. Conducting sales calls and closing the leads
10. Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements
11. Prepare personnel schedules and assign sites, targets and works to the tele callers, sales executives and managers to ensure sales targets are achieved .
12. Monitor sales team responds to all ads and marketing activities
13. Ensure all leads are covered to maximum levels
14. Ensure sales are completed and booking fees collected
15. All lead entries, follow up and finalizations should be done in the ERP
16. Manage the entire sales team for achieving sales targets
17. Handle sales/leasing of commercial property
18. Build contacts with estate agents and brokers
19. Create sales offices/agents in International Locations.
20. Create new business opportunities and achieve business targets
21. Develop sales budgets, forecasts, targets, incentives and monitor them for achievements.
22. Present reports for management and partner companies
23. Build and develop sales and leasing team that is the best in the industry
Marketing :
24. Identify market segments, define and execute marketing strategies
25. Oversee the marketing team
26. Oversee all pre land acquisition activities in terms of project feasibility from a marketing angle
27. Oversee design aspects in terms of size of apartments and amenities to provide from a marketing angle
28. Prepare brochures /flyers/emailer/ floor plans and all other prelaunch marketing material in consultation with the management.
29. Make all arrangements for project launches including organizing all PR activities such as press conferences.
30. Co-coordinating between management to make a marketing program and budget
31. Prepare marketing budget along with the implementation schedule
32. Prepare schedules, negotiate with the media vendors and prepare relevant media releases.
33. Monitor marketing program namely Email promotions, SMS, phone calls, brokers, day camps at IT parks, online advertising, overseas advertising, taking part in property fairs.
34. Start and monitor online and digital marketing programme through google, facebook, twitter etc.
35. Must be able to monitor online marketing analytics for significant online presence and lead generation.
36. Manage the entire marketing process in all aspects to aid in sales, corporate brand identity, and PR.
Customer Relations Management (CRM) :
37. Manage the entire back end sales servicing and customer management departments
38. Prepare all project related items such as UDS chart, builders agreements, allotment letters, other charges etc. In consultation with management and head of other departments
39. Overall incharge of customer satisfaction and collection post sales
40. Manage a team to ensure collections/receivables are as per company norms.
41. Post sales, follow with customers for completion of all documentation formalities.
42. Follow with customers for stage wise payments through the life cycle of the construction and handover process
43. Overall in charge of customer satisfaction and collections post sales.

47. Coordinate with Engineering department to complete handover of flats, snag lists, customer feedback etc
48. Organize events on handing over flats for customers. Coordinate same with the Engineering department
49. Oversee customer service department to ensure adequate customer support is given post handing over.
50. Coordinate with all department for all issues, documentation etc required for all sales, CRM and marketing issues
51. Independently market the projects of the company at sites assigned to you from time to time besides other specific assignments.
52. Management single point of contact regarding all sales, CRM and marketing issues
53. Prepare reports in prescribed formats for management for each department from ERP
54. Must be able to provide training to all 3 departments on a monthly basis for continuous improvement.
