Head - Sales & Marketing - Consumer Finance - Auto Finance/Personal Loans/Loans Against Property

Job Description :

Lead and manage the overall sales and marketing function on a Pan India basis

Responsible for overall revenue generation for the business

Develop positioning and segmentation strategies

Develop sourcing strategy across India with respect to sourcing partners, customer segments, geography, product mix etc in conjunction with Business Heads

Work with the Product Heads to design and manage suitable products for Auto, LAP and Personal Loans

Develop capability in the sales and marketing teams by creating opportunities, training, setting stretched targets amongst others

Desired Candidate Profile :

MBA from top tier/ tier 1 institute

10-15 years relevant experience Consumer Finance particularly in Auto Finance, Personal Loans and Loans against property

Held leadership position in the previous organisation

Leadership skills and talent development

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Managing large sales teams
