1. Responsible for overall Sales and Contribution Margins achievements
2. Identify market segments for LT & Instrumentation cables in Domestic / International markets
3. Provide inputs for New Product development and plant teams as per the market demand
4. Business development for greenfield project
5. Lead customer approvals process for EPC, Industries , Utilities in Domestic/ International markets
6. Develop Dealer network and channel partners
7. Prepare Top down and Bottom up Annual Sales plans
8. Inventory management for Finished Goods (FG)
9. Address Customer complaints in coordination with concerned plant stakeholders
10. Develop & Groom upcoming sales team
Qualification- B Tech/ MTech Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation + MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Experience - Min. 15 years
