Location: Vizag

Job Description:-

1-Farmulating Annual Budget based on AOP.

2- Formulating and analyzing sales strategies / plans and strategic initiatives.

3-Ensuring profitable volume growth and market share.

4- Expending distribution network and handling distributor's management.

5- Culture building by enforcing commitment to goals and encouraging confidence in taking initiative.

6-Enforcing system and process, besides career planning, people development and keeping sales team motivated.

7 Interacting with PepsiCo and Management on day to day basis.

Required candidate profile:-

Post Graduate / graduate in Sales & Marketing with 15-25 year's experience in FMCG industry with proven records of accomplishment. Candidate must have strong leadership and team building qualities. Must have worked in beverage industry for minimum 3years. Must have exposure to South Market

Preference shall be given to candidates who have worked with COBO or FOBO sales.
