- Primary responsibility is heading B2B & B2C in Southern Region .
- Responsible for delivering Volume & Net Sales Value of annually for the region by effectively giving values to our customers.
- Handling Channel Partners (Distributors) & Automobile OEMs across south Region for B2B business
- Responsible for acquisition and retention of Key Accounts
- Drive penetration of digital, improve portfolio, Digital Marketing and Waste Management
- Designing & Planning of Marketing initiatives for various accounts across the Region
- Forecasting of sales volume on monthly basis
- Driving Safety agenda for south Region to ensure Zero Safety deviations
- Developing Team professionally and prepare them for larger roles and responsibilities
