Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities. Provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team.
- Product Positioning: Develop strategies to position SG Iron, Ductile Iron, and Grey Iron components as preferred choices in the automotive and railway sectors.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales expansion by exploring new markets, expanding the customer base, and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Brand Promotion: Oversee marketing activities to enhance the visibility and reputation of the company. Develop and execute marketing campaigns in line with brand objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma/BE/BTech in Engineering or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience of 12 to 18 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SG Iron, Ductile Iron, and Grey Iron components.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
