- The role will lead product launch & market expansion of the organizations products through sound Strategy, Planning, Execution and People Management policies for 5 countries - India, Thailand, Mexico, Vietnam & Ecuador.

- His/her key deliverable will be to plan, drive and organize the sales team, achieve sales and commercial margin budgets by effective implementation of marketing strategies and effective management control at a global level.

- He should have demonstrated hands on experience of building consumer centric organizations with disproportionate focus on international marketing, B2B sales, market development, market research, branding/communication and value pricing tools.


- Experience of handling anywhere between $5 to $20 million turnover for Agri related products is desired.

We need to look for :

1. Close to 15 years of Aqua Nutrition/Health industry exposure + MBA + Aquaculture, Marine Sciences, Animal Sciences, or related disciplines.

2. International Sales and B2B sales experience, specifically in Europe OR SEA markets

3. Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Development Lead & in Fisheries industry

4. Experience of working in Aqua Health / Aqua Medicine / shrimp Hatcheries / Animal Nutrition MNCs

5. Deep understanding of the strategic landscape in India, SEA and Latin American Markets

6. Demonstrated ability in leading a high growth organization with prior technical sales exposure in related industry

7. Risk Management & Strong skills in strategic planning and execution

8. Strong networking skills

9. Proven ability to build, sustain, and influence relationships, at all levels of an organization

10. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

11. Strong conceptual, planning, and decision-making skills

12. Deep data analysis, planning and forecasting skills

Must Have :

1. Must have experience in aquaculture industry with strong technical understanding of shrimp farming and related ecosystem.

2. Must Have Experience in International Business Development

3. Proven experience in International Sales & Marketing, Business Management

4. Working experience in managing key accounts, large sales and technical teams, distribution/ channel partners, working capital management in a reputed company in the Aqua nutrition sector

5. Should be willing to travel frequently
