Responsibilities : - Own end to end business development/sales funnel and be responsible for achieving revenue targets - Will be responsible for partnering with enterprise clients like Health and life Insurance companies, Wellness and fitness platforms, Insurance brokers, etc. - Product: Coordinate with the product team and get specific requirements and integrations built as and when needed - Brainstorm new and creative revenue growth strategies and partnership opportunities The incumbent should preferably be from a Pedigree MBA institution from India/ abroad with at least a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in selling to Insurance companies and financial institution a must. Someone who is a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit. Compensation : - Only Equity is on the table, No Salary attached to this profile. Salary will start post fundraise or revenue generation. - You will be the third employee of the company after the co-founders and will be involved in all aspects of building a company from scratch.
