Qualification: BSC Agriculture (Min), and MBA Marketing (Agriculture Marketing background is added advantage)
Job Purpose and Scope:
1. Head - Sales and Marketing is responsible for creating a maximum visibility for Organisation products in entire business territory and the assigned regions covered under the division.
2. The primary objective is to develop & sustain the brand, create loyal customers / leadership position in sales & YoY increase in the brand equity.
3. Sales team focuses on sales, collection and dealer management - the RMM complements them by creating the demand in the market through brand building & campaigning initiatives.
Note: Candidate can be from any Agri related company, but needs to be handling PAN INDIA Position.
