Our manufacturing client is looking for a Sales Head professional :-
Client Background : Its one of the leading manufacturing company in india.
Candidate background : B.Tech / B.E with hands of experience in selling Manufacturing of Heat Exchangers,/Fabrication, Pressure Vessel, other Vessels and Tanks, Column, Reactors, and any other equipment.

Job Role :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve order booking targets to meet the organization's objectives.
- Play a pivotal role in achieving the sales revenue Target. Generate potential leads for the company, Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve order booking targets to meet the organization's objectives. Play a pivotal role in achieving the sales revenue Target.
- Generate potential leads for company's projects and products, interfacing with customers, EPCs, PMCs, Consultants, OEM, and end-users (Both Public and Private Sectors).AM projects and products, interfacing with customers, EPCs, PMCs, Consultants, OEM, and end-users (Both Public and Private Sectors). Offer strategy development inputs and analysis to the leaders and develop a sales and business strategies.
- Drive the Long-Term sales Strategies and share with internal stakeholders. Develop evolving 3 years Mktg strategy and execution plan. Evolve Annual Sales Plan for the region Evolve bidding strategies, reverse auctions, and its plan.
- Generate high-quality sales leads from Project Specifiers like Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petro Chemical, and other industries from Consultants, PMC, Contractors, OEMs, and end-users.

- Business Acumen Knowledge of Strategic sales, Knowledge in sales operations, Analytical ability Business Acumen Strategic thinking Knowledge of Market Intelligence
- Planning Customer Service Orientation Decision Making, Knowledge of the Process Equipment industry Networking skills & established connects with EIL, EPCs, PMCs, Direct Customers etc...Relationship building & Market mapping.
