Talisman Advisors is looking for Sales Head for one the well known manufacturing Client with plants in India as well as abroad.
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 15 to 22 Years
Reporting to : Management
Key responsibilities of this position:
- Candidate will be in hard core sales, execution of sales, sales management.
- Sales administration, monitoring day to day sales.
- Follow up with plants in case of issue with production of product.
- B2B Sales, Dealer distribution channel.
- Coordination with plant & team.
- will manage corporate clients also.
Required Candidate details:
1. MBA preferred
2. Should have minimum 15 years of experience in hardcore sales, maximum 22 Years
3. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
5. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
6. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
