- Handling the luxury residential business, catering to HNI & UHNI group.
- Managing 50-100 crs of properties.
- Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
- Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
Profile of the candidate:
- MUST BE INTO FRACTIONAL SALES / OWNERSHIP precisely dealing with Residential Luxury Real Estate.
- 15+ years of Experience in Sales in the Luxury side (Residential) of Real Estate
- Excellent presentation and interactive skills with HNIs & UHNIs
- Ability to inspire the Sales team to achieve targets
- Very Entrepreneurial and Incentive Driven.
