JOB Description:

- As the Sales Head for our super luxury real estate project in Mumbai, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales function to achieve exceptional sales performance and maximize revenue.

- You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish strong relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients, and ensure the successful positioning and sales of our super luxury residential units.

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the super luxury project.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

6. Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.

Skill & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience with a premier MBA degree; South Mumbai exp; South Mumbai experience preferred

- Proven track record of success in selling super luxury residential properties in the real estate industry, in Mumbai.

- Previous experience in a sales leadership role with a focus on high- end or luxury real end or luxury real estate projects.

- Strong network of high net- worth individuals, corporate clients, brokers, other worthy individuals, corporate clients, brokers, and other relevant contacts in the luxury real estate market.relevant contacts in the luxury real estate market.
