At this time we have been mandated by our client to search for a Head Sales - Luxury / HNI Segment. Our client is a large Services organization, part of a larger group.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Heading Sales for the organization
- Leading Sales Strategy, Operations, Analytics
- Achieving Revenue, Growth and Margins
- Managing a large sales team
- Have the ability to identify and convert new clients
- Help build New products
To qualify for this position, you should:
- BE or MBA from reputed insties
- 12+ yrs of experience in Sales of which 3+years as a Head of Sales
- 3+ years of experience in sales to Luxury / HNI clients
- Could come from Hotels, Cards, Cars, Property or other high value segments
- Looking for Suave personality and great communication
- Have good exp in Leading Sales & Ops and P&L
- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate
