Head of Sales - India (Lubricant /FMCG)

We have been entrusted by one of the largest FMCG /Lubricant companies worldwide to select the head of Sales for its Indian operations.
We invite applications from exceptional sales and marketing professionals with
- Experience in heading a large sales and distribution set up at a National level or a large region.
- Capability of handling most challenging situations & deliver outstanding results in sustainable & profitable manner.
- 14-20 years of post qualification experience (MBA from top rung B Schools) in reputed companies having large distribution oriented set up
The incumbent would be responsible for Sales and Distribution Management: Distribution Strategies, Customer management, Cross functional team leadership.
He would drive sales growth and market share delivery for the organisation's Indian operation.
Remuneration Rs. 50 - 80 lacs per annum.
