Job Description :
- The candidate would be leading the commercial P&L for a tech logistics start-up to help grow the company to the next level.
- He would be working along with the co-founders to drive the vision of being a leading player in the tech logistics landscape.
- The candidate would also be responsible for setting up the commercial team of business development managers and a pre-sales team.
- Formulation and Execution of Growth Strategy
- Identifying opportunities with market know-how/ meet new customers to broaden the opportunity list
- Lead team of Business Development Managers for effective new Business on-boarding and key account management
- The candidate would come with a proven track record of scaling a new business or scaling sales revenue substantially
- The candidate would come with good client connects in the Automotive, FMCG, retail industries
- The candidate would come with strong experience of scaling and managing a sizeable team
