1. Manage business operations with accountability and profitability as well as forecasting monthly/ annual sales targets for Western Indian.
2. Develop new business partners to expand product reach in the market followed by setting up targets, assisting stockiest, dealers and distributors for promotion of the product and collecting payments.
3. Analyse business potential, conceptualising & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets; monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures.
4. Manage a team of 30 business heads and 100 sales staff .
5. Develop Key/institutional accounts and strategically securing profitable business; ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximise satisfaction levels; maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business handled independently the central purchase contracts.
6. Grooming the team members and monitoring their performance to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets; identifying and implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation.
