Job Description:
- Provide strong leadership by overseeing and guiding the sales team, ensuring proper reporting, work discipline, and maintaining high-quality performance.
- Communicate clear and ambitious goals to the sales team, inspiring them to exceed expectations and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with the Head Office on sales-related matters, addressing any assigned tasks and providing insightful recommendations.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential partners, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business expansion.
- Be responsible for daily operations; reaching sales, expense, quality targets.
- Responsibility to prepare and follow up sales budget for the Indian market
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Required language(s): English, Hindi, (Tamil as an advantage)
- Possess 4-8 years of proven managerial experience, showcasing your ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in building and managing high-performance sales teams and implementing successful sales processes.
- Display a strong and charismatic personality, with the capability to find compromise when necessary while advocating your well-justified opinions.
- Being able to communicate confidently in an international business environment.
- Candidate with Forex experience
- Candidate with backgrounds in Fintech, Financial Services (Mandatory)
- Candidate must have exposure to the Indian Market (Mandatory)
- Candidate will be required to relocate to Dubai (U.A.E) if selected.
