Head of Sales
We are looking for a HEAD OF SALES for a Gurgaon fine jewellery brands. The brand has an annual turnover of INR 15 crore from its flagship store at New Delhi.
We are now looking for a mid-level Sales maverick who can push the brand to its next growth trajectory.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Cultivating strong relationships with HNIs (walk-ins plus existing clients), closing high value sales (INR2-25L) independently
- Managing sales staff
- Contributing and leading initiatives to drive revenue
- Positioning brand as India's leading fine jewellery brand
- Working closely with the marketing Head
- Leading international and domestic shows along with in-store events.
- As with any small, high-growth business, the individual needs to be willing to not only lead these projects but also get their hands dirty with the actual execution and display a high level of ownership.
- The role is best suited for a mid-level Sales manager with 4-5 years of luxury retail experience.
