Head -Sales- IT Solutions Industry 4.0- European Company-Pune/ Mumbai
- We are on a lookout for a sales leader to take this success forward. In this role, you would lead and execute inside sales and field sales agenda in India. You would execute growth strategy, carry revenue and order book number targets (individual and team targets).
- This role reports to the CEO of the company (one of the two co-founders). You will also closely collaborate with the other co-founder and the CTO of the company. You will be fully supported and enabled by the product management, presales, alliances and local support teams.

Pre-Requisites :
- Experience in leading inside sales team (regional/ country) in SaaS product, Industrial software products space
- Additional experience of leading field sales team preferred
- Good communication, presentation skills
- Highly number driven. Successful track record of delivering revenue and order book targets
- Experience in selling in the manufacturing sector
- Mumbai (preferred) or Pune based
- 10+ years of total experience.
- At least 3 years in selling/ leading sales team in the Industrial software products sector
