Looking for core Hunter Profiles who have sold IT services in the manufacturing space for corporate or enterprise.  - Overall responsibility of Western India Market for Managing Sales engagement and interacting with CXO level Enterprise customers, focus on the Manufacturing Vertical.   - Lead and acquire new sales /logos across targeted segments   - Credible experience in selling technology based solutions (both IT and Business) to strategic customers across varied sectors such as Manufacturing & Retail Service offerings are Digital, SMAC, IMS, AMS,, IP based solutions .  - Lead and nurture the sales, pre sales and bid mgmt teams.  Candidate Requirements :  The ideal candidate will have the following attributes :  - Has over 10 years of experience in selling IT services (AMS,IMS, IP based solutions).  - Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships  - Ability to articulate the value proposition; focus on selling business outcomes, not just technology solutions, solutions sales approach   - Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of the entire NIIT technologies services portfolio  - Ensure that propositions are technically sound, deliverable, competitive and representative of market leadership in the application of technology to addressing business issues or outcomes  - Ensures effective client engagement and stakeholder management during assignment  - Has a strong Business and financial acumen  - Effective presentation and negotiation skills  - Familiarity with systems management concepts, processes and standards; capacity/performance management and the fundamentals.
